How the feed works for you

  • Jobs that need machines

Site work, foundations, demolition and pools need equipment on site. These trades are sorted for you.

  • The contractor, named

Each permit names the contractor company, so your rep calls the business running the job.

  • Size before you call

The declared job value is on every row where the county publishes it.

Exact coverage

  • Miami-Dade (county-issued permits): Permits issued by Miami-Dade County's own building department. Most are for properties in unincorporated Miami-Dade (82% in October 2026); the rest are county-issued permits on properties inside cities. The City of Miami's own permits are a separate area here (City of Miami, city-issued permits); permits issued by the other cities' own building departments, such as Hialeah and Miami Beach, are not included.
  • Tallahassee–Leon (new construction only): Active new-construction permits (single-family, multi-family, commercial, pools and similar) from the City of Tallahassee and unincorporated Leon County. Re-roof, electrical, plumbing and other trade-only permits are not in this source, and permits leave it once completed. 7 reached the feed in the last 7 days.
  • City of Miami (city-issued permits): Permits issued by the City of Miami's own building department, for properties inside the City of Miami. Permits issued by Miami-Dade County are listed separately, and other cities in the county, such as Hialeah, Miami Beach and Coral Gables, are not included. 514 reached the feed in the last 7 days.
  • Cape Coral (city-issued permits): Permits issued by the City of Cape Coral's building department, in Lee County. Permits issued by Lee County and by its other cities, such as Fort Myers, are not included. 368 reached the feed in the last 7 days.
  • Leesburg (city-issued permits): Permits issued by the City of Leesburg's building division, in Lake County; some carry a The Villages, Howey-in-the-Hills or Okahumpka postal address. Permits issued by Lake County and its other cities are not included. 52 reached the feed in the last 7 days.

  • You are the only subscriber who receives that trade in that county
  • The territory's weekly volume, shown before you buy
  • A volume floor: in a month below 60% of the stated floor, a credit of your fee × (floor − records delivered) ÷ floor; for example, 50 records against a floor of 100 on a $799 fee earns $399.50

The permits stay public records: anyone can still look them up at the county. Exclusive means no other subscriber of ours receives them.

Price set per territory by its weekly volume. Every territory is open in the territory table.

Annual plans: two months free (you pay for ten months, up front). Prices are in US dollars and do not include any sales tax the law requires us to add.

Questions

Do you cover Tallahassee and Leon County?

Yes, for new construction only: that source holds active new-construction permits, not trade-only permits.

Permit data is weeks old.

We collect every weekday morning. The newest permit in our data, by area: Miami-Dade (county-issued) Nov 1. Every row shows its issue date, and a permit appears once the agency publishes it.

It's mostly junk: owner-builders, out-of-area jobs.

Owner-builder permits are removed; you get only the trades and counties on your plan, with an optional minimum job value.

My competitor gets the same leads.

Bid sites locked me in.

No contract on monthly plans. Cancel in one click; cancel within the first 30 days and the plan is refunded in full.

I can browse Miami-Dade permits free elsewhere.

Yes, several sites let you browse them. We do something narrower: every weekday morning, only your trades' new permits from the county building department, companies only, owner-builders removed, shared with at most 5 subscribers, with a CSV and credit for bad records.

Do you cover the City of Miami, Hialeah or Miami Beach?

The City of Miami, yes: its own building department's permits are a separate area (City of Miami, city-issued permits). Hialeah and Miami Beach, no: their own building departments' permits are not included. The Miami-Dade source is the county building department's permits: mostly unincorporated Miami-Dade, plus county-issued permits inside cities.

Do you include notices of commencement or contacts?

Not yet. Today the feed carries building permits; we'll email subscribers when notices of commencement or checked contacts start.
