Daily: the state's open-data copy refreshes every day.
How fresh
The state's open-data copy updates daily; a filing usually appears within a few days of being filed, so the latest days can be incomplete.
What we use
Every UCC-1 filed with the Colorado Secretary of State, from the state's open-data copy, with the collateral text as filed. Of last week's 441 new UCC-1s against companies, 110 (25%) were equipment filings; the rest were blanket liens, inventory or receivables lines, merchant cash advances, landlords' liens, or collateral text we could not place.

Nightly: the state's open-data copy refreshes every night.
How fresh
The state's open-data copy updates nightly; a filing usually appears within a few days of being filed, so the latest days can be incomplete.
What we use
Every UCC-1 filed with the Connecticut Secretary of the State. Connecticut publishes no collateral description, so the equipment type comes only from the lender's name; 85% of last week's Connecticut filings could not be given an equipment category and are not counted as equipment filings.

Updates most days; the newest permits can be several days behind (our run log will show the real cadence after two weeks of collection).
How fresh
A permit appears here once the county publishes it, usually within a few days of issue, so the latest days can be incomplete.
What we use
Permits issued by Miami-Dade County's own building department. Most are for properties in unincorporated Miami-Dade (82% in October 2026); the rest are county-issued permits on properties inside cities. The City of Miami's own permits are a separate area here (City of Miami, city-issued permits); permits issued by the other cities' own building departments, such as Hialeah and Miami Beach, are not included.
